Luke 9:27

Greek	λέγω δὲplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigδέ greek δέ is a conjunction that can mean “but” or “and” or “also” or “moreover”. It is a word that is used very frequently in the New Testament, and is often unexpressed and not translated in English. ὑμῖν ἀληθῶς, εἰσίνplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigεἰμί greek εἰμί is the first person singular verb for “to be” (εἶναι [the infinitive form] = “to be”). It an irregular verb, and, like English, changes significantly between person and tense. ESV	But I tell you truly, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the kingdom of God.“
NIV	I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God.“
NLT	I tell you the truth, some standing here right now will not die before they see the Kingdom of God.“
KJV	But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.
