Mark 12:27

Greek	οὐκ ἔστινplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigεἰμί greek εἰμί is the first person singular verb for “to be” (εἶναι [the infinitive form] = “to be”). It an irregular verb, and, like English, changes significantly between person and tense. For example εἰμί is the word for am and ἦν is the word for was, e.g. θεὸςplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigθεὸς greek Masculine noun meaning: * A god or goddess * God νεκρῶν ἀλλὰ ζώντων. πολὺ πλανᾶσθε.
ESV	He is not God of the dead, but of the living. You are quite wrong.“
NIV	He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. You are badly mistaken!“
NLT	So he is the God of the living, not the dead. You have made a serious error.“
KJV	He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err.
