Proverbs 21:18

Hebrew	כֹּ֣פֶר לַצַּדִּ֣יק רָשָׁ֑ע וְתַ֖חַת יְשָׁרִ֣ים בּוֹגֵֽד
ESV	The wicked is a ransom for the righteous, and the traitor for the upright.
NIV	The wicked become a ransom for the righteous, and the unfaithful for the upright.
NLT	The wicked are punished in place of the godly, and traitors in place of the honest.
LXX	περικάθαρμα δὲplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigδέ greek δέ is a conjunction that can mean “but” or “and” or “also” or “moreover”. It is a word that is used very frequently in the New Testament, and is often unexpressed and not translated in English. δικαίου ἄνομος
KJV	The wicked shall be a ransom for the righteous, and the transgressor for the upright.
