Deuteronomy 19:7

Hebrew	עַל כֵּ֛ן אָנֹכִ֥י מְצַוְּךָ֖ לֵאמֹ֑ר שָׁלֹ֥שׁ עָרִ֖ים תַּבְדִּ֥יל לָֽךְ
ESV	Therefore I command you, You shall set apart three cities.
NIV	This is why I command you to set aside for yourselves three cities.
