Esther 2:11

Hebrew	וּבְכָל י֣וֹם וָי֔וֹם מָרְדֳּכַי֙ מִתְהַלֵּ֔ךְ לִפְנֵ֖י חֲצַ֣ר בֵּית הַנָּשִׁ֑ים לָדַ֨עַת֙ אֶתplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigאֵת hebrew The Hebrew אֵת word does not have a corresponding word in English. In Hebrew, it is a marker of the accusative, i.e. the word following it is the object of the sentence. For example, in Genesis 1:1 the word is preceded by בָּרָ֣א אֱלֹהִ֑ים ( שְׁל֣וֹם אֶסְתֵּ֔ר וּמַה יֵּעָשֶׂ֖ה בָּֽהּ
ESV	And every day Mordecai walked in front of the court of the harem to learn how Esther was and what was happening to her.
NIV	Every day he walked back and forth near the courtyard of the harem to find out how Esther was and what was happening to her.
NLT	Every day Mordecai would take a walk near the courtyard of the harem to find out about Esther and what was happening to her.
LXX	καθ ἑκάστην δὲplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigδέ greek δέ is a conjunction that can mean “but” or “and” or “also” or “moreover”. It is a word that is used very frequently in the New Testament, and is often unexpressed and not translated in English. ἡμέραν ὁplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigὁ greek The definite article Μαρδοχαῖος περιεπάτει κατὰ τὴνplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigὁ greek The definite article αὐλὴν τὴνplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigὁ greek The definite article γυναικείαν ἐπισκοπῶν τί Εσθηρ συμβήσεται
KJV	And Mordecai walked every day before the court of the women's house, to know how Esther did, and what should become of her.
