Haggai 1:4

ESV	“Is it a time for you yourselves to dwell in your paneled houses, while this house lies in ruins?
NIV	“Is it a time for you yourselves to be living in your paneled houses, while this house remains a ruin?”
NLT	“Why are you living in luxurious houses while my house lies in ruins?

It an irregular verb, and, like English, changes significantly between person and tense.
