Isaiah 40:29

Hebrew	נֹתֵ֥ן לַיָּעֵ֖ף כֹּ֑חַ וּלְאֵ֥ין אוֹנִ֖ים עָצְמָ֥ה יַרְבֶּֽה
ESV	He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.
