Isaiah 51:21

Hebrew	לָכֵ֛ן שִׁמְעִי נָ֥א זֹ֖את עֲנִיָּ֑ה וּשְׁכֻרַ֖ת וְלֹ֥א מִיָּֽיִן
ESV	Therefore hear this, you who are afflicted, who are drunk, but not with wine:
NIV	Therefore hear this, you afflicted one, made drunk, but not with wine.
