Isaiah 65:1

Hebrew	נִדְרַ֨שְׁתִּי֙ לְל֣וֹא שָׁאָ֔לוּ נִמְצֵ֖אתִי לְלֹ֣א בִקְשֻׁ֑נִי אָמַ֨רְתִּי֙ הִנֵּ֣נִי הִנֵּ֔נִי אֶל גּ֖וֹי לֹֽא קֹרָ֥א בִשְׁמִֽי
ESV	I was ready to be sought by those who did not ask for me; I was ready to be found by those who did not seek me. I said, “Here am I, here am I,” to a nation that was not called by my name.
NIV	“I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me; I was found by those who did not seek me. To a nation that did not call on my name, I said, 'Here am I, here am I.'
NLT	The LORD says, “I was ready to respond, but no one asked for help. I was ready to be found, but no one was looking for me. I said, 'Here I am, here I am!' to a nation that did not call on my name.

It an irregular verb, and, like English, changes significantly between person and tense.
