Job 22:3

Hebrew	הַחֵ֣פֶץ לְ֭שַׁדַּי כִּ֣י תִצְדָּ֑ק וְאִם בֶּ֝֗צַע כִּֽי תַתֵּ֥ם דְּרָכֶֽיךָ
ESV	Is it any pleasure to the Almighty if you are in the right, or is it gain to him if you make your ways blameless?
NIV	What pleasure would it give the Almighty if you were righteous? What would he gain if your ways were blameless?
NLT	Is it any advantage to the Almighty if you are righteous? Would it be any gain to him if you were perfect?
