Job 9:33

Hebrew	לֹ֣א יֵשׁ בֵּינֵ֣ינוּ מוֹכִ֑יחַ יָשֵׁ֖ת יָד֣וֹ עַל שְׁנֵֽינוּ
ESV	There is no arbiter between us, who might lay his hand on us both.
NIV	If only there were someone to arbitrate between us, to lay his hand upon us both,
