Leviticus 24:21

Hebrew	וּמַכֵּ֥ה בְהֵמָ֖ה יְשַׁלְּמֶ֑נָּה וּמַכֵּ֥ה אָדָ֖ם יוּמָֽת
ESV	Whoever kills an animal shall make it good, and whoever kills a person shall be put to death.
NIV	Whoever kills an animal must make restitution, but whoever kills a man must be put to death.
