Proverbs 21:28

Hebrew	עֵד כְּזָבִ֥ים יֹאבֵ֑ד וְאִ֥ישׁ שׁ֝וֹמֵ֗עַ לָנֶ֥צַח יְדַבֵּֽר
ESV	A false witness will perish, but the word of a man who hears will endure.
NIV	A false witness will perish, and whoever listens to him will be destroyed forever.
NLT	A false witness will be cut off, but a credible witness will be allowed to speak.
LXX	μάρτυς ψευδὴς ἀπολεῖται ἀνὴρ δὲplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigδέ greek δέ is a conjunction that can mean “but” or “and” or “also” or “moreover”. It is a word that is used very frequently in the New Testament, and is often unexpressed and not translated in English. ὑπήκοος φυλασσόμενος λαλήσει
