Psalm 107:33

Hebrew	יָשֵׂ֣ם נְהָר֣וֹת לְמִדְבָּ֑ר וּמֹצָ֥אֵי מַ֝֗יִם לְצִמָּאֽוֹן
ESV	He turns rivers into a desert, springs of water into thirsty ground,
