Psalm 119:21

Hebrew	גָּ֭עַרְתָּ זֵדִ֣ים אֲרוּרִ֑ים הַ֝שֹּׁגִים מִמִּצְוֺתֶֽיךָ
ESV	You rebuke the insolent, accursed ones, who wander from your commandments.
NIV	You rebuke the arrogant, who are cursed and who stray from your commands.
