Psalm 63:10

When coupled with heavens (שָׁמַיִם), the phrase indicates the entire created order.Genesis 12:1
ESV	they shall be given over to the power of the sword; they shall be a portion for jackals.
NIV	They will be given over to the sword and become food for jackals.

LXX	παραδοθήσονται εἰς χεῖρας ῥομφαίας μερίδες ἀλωπέκων ἔσονταιplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigεἰμί greek εἰμί is the first person singular verb for “to be” (εἶναι [the infinitive form] = “to be”). It an irregular verb, and, like English, changes significantly between person and tense. For example εἰμί is the word for am and ἦν is the word for was, e.g.
