Psalm 94:9

Hebrew	הֲנֹ֣טַֽע אֹ֭זֶן הֲלֹ֣א יִשְׁמָ֑ע אִֽם יֹ֥צֵֽר עַ֝֗יִן הֲלֹ֣א יַבִּֽיט
ESV	He who planted the ear, does he not hear? He who formed the eye, does he not see?
NIV	Does he who implanted the ear not hear? Does he who formed the eye not see?
NLT	Is he deaf– the one who made your ears? Is he blind– the one who formed your eyes?
