Romans 10:10

Greek	καρδίᾳ γὰρ πιστεύεται εἰς δικαιοσύνην, στόματι δὲplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigδέ greek δέ is a conjunction that can mean “but” or “and” or “also” or “moreover”. It is a word that is used very frequently in the New Testament, and is often unexpressed and not translated in English. ὁμολογεῖται εἰς σωτηρίαν.
ESV	For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
NIV	For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
NLT	For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.
KJV	For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
