Exodus 15:14

Hebrew	שָֽׁמְע֥וּ עַמִּ֖ים יִרְגָּז֑וּן חִ֣יל אָחַ֔ז יֹשְׁבֵ֖י פְּלָֽשֶׁת
ESV	The peoples have heard; they tremble; pangs have seized the inhabitants of Philistia.
