Job 36:15

Hebrew	יְחַלֵּ֣ץ עָנִ֣י בְעָנְי֑וֹ וְיִ֖גֶל בַּלַּ֣חַץ אָזְנָֽם
ESV	He delivers the afflicted by their affliction and opens their ear by adversity.
NIV	But those who suffer he delivers in their suffering; he speaks to them in their affliction.
NLT	But by means of their suffering, he rescues those who suffer. For he gets their attention through adversity.
