Job 36:8

Hebrew	וְאִם אֲסוּרִ֥ים בַּזִּקִּ֑ים יִ֝לָּכְד֗וּן בְּחַבְלֵי עֹֽנִי
ESV	And if they are bound in chains and caught in the cords of affliction,
