Job 7:3

Hebrew	כֵּ֤ן הָנְחַ֣לְתִּי לִ֭י יַרְחֵי שָׁ֑וְא וְלֵיל֥וֹת עָ֝מָ֗ל מִנּוּ לִֽי
ESV	so I am allotted months of emptiness, and nights of misery are apportioned to me.
NIV	so I have been allotted months of futility, and nights of misery have been assigned to me.
NLT	I, too, have been assigned months of futility, long and weary nights of misery.
LXX	οὕτως κἀγὼ ὑπέμεινα μῆνας κενούς νύκτες δὲplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigδέ greek δέ is a conjunction that can mean “but” or “and” or “also” or “moreover”. It is a word that is used very frequently in the New Testament, and is often unexpressed and not translated in English. ὀδυνῶν δεδομέναι μοί εἰσινplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigεἰμί greek εἰμί is the first person singular verb for “to be” (εἶναι [the infinitive form] = “to be”). It an irregular verb, and, like English, changes significantly between person and tense. For example εἰμί is the word for am and ἦν is the word for was, e.g.
KJV	So am I made to possess months of vanity, and wearisome nights are appointed to me.
