Psalm 89:35

Hebrew	לֹא אֲחַלֵּ֥ל בְּרִיתִ֑י וּמוֹצָ֥א שְׂ֝פָתַ֗י לֹ֣א אֲשַׁנֶּֽה
ESV	Once for all I have sworn by my holiness; I will not lie to David.
